About Us

Retail Academy is the online training arm of Retail View Training & Consulting. We take the programmes we run on shop floors and turn them into short online modules your teams can take at their own pace, and come back to whenever they need a refresher.

Why we built it

Classroom training works on the day. A month later, much of it is gone — staff have moved on, new people have joined, and the scripts that sounded so clear in the session are no longer on anyone’s mind.

The academy solves that. Every programme we deliver in person becomes a set of narrated modules with quizzes and certificates. Store staff revise between customers, new joiners learn the same standard as everyone else, and you get a record of who has completed what.

What we do

• In-store training programmes — customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, visual merchandising and store operations, delivered on your floor.
• Online modules — the same content, rebuilt for self-study: short lessons, real scripts, a quiz after each module and a certificate at the end.
• Retail consulting — process and standards work for brands and retailers through Retail View Training & Consulting.

How we work

We start with the training your teams have already had, or design a programme with you from scratch. We build the modules in your brand’s language, using your products as the examples. Your staff get logins, work through the modules on any device, and you see completions and scores as they go.
