FAQs

Common questions from corporate clients and learners.

Questions we are asked most often by brands and retailers setting up online training for their store teams. If yours is not here, write to us.

For corporate clients

How do our staff get access?

We create an account for each participant and enrol them in the programmes they need. There is no public sign-up, so only your people can see your content.

Can the modules use our own brands and products?

Yes. We build modules around your products, your store formats and your language — that is what makes staff recognise the situations and use the scripts.

Can you turn a programme we already run into online modules?

That is the most common request. We take your existing training and rebuild it as narrated modules with quizzes and job aids.

How do we know staff have actually learned it?

Every module ends with a quiz, and each programme ends with a final assessment. You see completion and scores for each participant, and certificates are issued on passing.

How long does a rollout take?

It depends on how much content exists already. A pilot programme built from training you have run typically moves quickly; a programme designed from scratch takes longer. We will give you a timeline after the first conversation.

For learners

How long is a module?

Most lessons run two to four minutes, and a full module is under twenty. They are meant to be taken between customers, not in a classroom.

Can I use my phone?

Yes. Everything works on a phone, tablet or computer. You can stop in the middle and pick up where you left off.

Do I have to finish in one sitting?

No. Your progress is saved, and you can retake any module as often as you like.

What happens if I fail a quiz?

You can take it again. The point is to learn the standard, not to catch anyone out.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes — on completing a programme and passing the final assessment.
