Video: The Right Product – Redefined (1:06)

Traditionally, the ‘right product’ has meant the product whose price fits the customer’s budget. If we stop there, we create a transaction, not an experience.

When suggesting a product, keep four points in mind:

  1. Intended Use (functional reality): how the product fits the customer’s daily life, travel or work.

  2. Price & Budget (economic viability): what the customer is willing to pay. It is needed for the purchase, but it does not create loyalty.

  3. Psychological & Emotional Needs: how the product makes the customer feel, such as confident, secure or stylish.

  4. Brand Attachment (identity & trust): the bond between the customer and the brand’s promise.
